Key Responsibilities:
* BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
* IDENTIFY AND CULTIVATE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES
* DEVELOP AND GROW RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDUSTRY PARTNERS
* PROVIDE ON-SITE ADVICE AND RECOMMEND PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
* NEGOTIATE TO BRING BUYERS AND SELLERS TOGETHER
* MAXIMISE PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND AUCTION AT WEEKLY SALES
The ideal candidate will have a Livestock Auctioneer Licence, Assessor Accreditation and previous sales experience in the agriculture sector. They will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong communication and negotiation skills. As a sales professional, they will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities within their territory.
