Program Manager Digital Signage Role
About the Role
As a Program Manager Digital Signage, you will oversee the physical installations of digital advertising hardware, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier customer satisfaction. You will lead a growing team, spearheading the delivery of large-scale installations.
You must be a strategic thinker, a decisive leader, and a hands-on problem solver. The ability to jump in and support your team when needed is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly installation targets.
2. Assess individual projects' impacts on the portfolio and proactively raise potential risks.
3. Develop contingency plans and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Oversee project reporting, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress.
6. Provide clear, engaging updates to senior management.
7. Foster a strong, motivated team environment, offering leadership and direction in challenging situations.
8. Negotiate, influence, and innovate to achieve project goals within scope, schedule, and budget.
9. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate international hardware procurement.
10. Own PMO training and onboarding to empower team success.
Your Qualifications
1. Proven experience managing (digital) installation projects from start to finish.
2. Leadership experience with a knack for motivating teams.
3. Certification in Prince 2 or PMBoK.
4. Experience in retail or hospitality sectors is highly desirable, especially with Centre Management.
5. Ability to interpret floor plans and technical drawings.
6. A technical understanding of IT infrastructure is beneficial.
