Details: City Renewal is seeking an accomplished hands-on Executive Branch Manager, Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to lead and mature the agency's portfolio, program and project management capability in support of complex, design led urban renewal delivery. This senior leadership role is responsible for establishing and embedding fit for purpose portfolio planning, performance and reporting frameworks that enable clear prioritisation, informed decision making and delivery confidence across City Renewal's program of work. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in project management preferably with experience in urban renewal, construction, development or design led delivery environments, including the management of consultants and contractors, provide strategic insight to the Executive and Board on portfolio performance, sequencing, interdependencies and delivery risks, while leading a high performing PMO operating within a matrix model alongside delivery teams.

Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $289,335 - $298,258 depending on current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $254,964.
Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years. Prospective applicants should be aware that long-term engagements are tabled in the ACT Legislative Assembly.
