The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia is looking for a Principal Advisor Safety to play a key role in the development and implementation of an integrated Safety Management System (SMS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and improve the SMS, HSE system, and Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
* Provide expertise in aviation safety, health, safety, and environment (HSE), and risk management to support organizational objectives.
* Develop and deliver safety-related training initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills among employees.

* A proven track record of leadership experience in aviation safety systems and complex environments.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and formal qualification in aviation safety management systems.
