Your Role
We are seeking a Trade Centre Manager at our Newcastle location. You will oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading and training the trade sales team
* Managing trade centre and warehouse operations
* Handling trade counter sales and service
* Managing inventory, merchandising, and marketing activities
* Participating in stock takes and ensuring safety and sustainability compliance
* Managing branch finances, including full P&L responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
* Reliability, commitment, and attention to detail
* Team leadership and customer service skills
* Warehousing experience and physical fitness to lift up to 20kg
* Strong numeracy and computer skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
