Our Outside School Hours Care service is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers a chance to support experienced Educators and develop leadership skills.
About the Role
1. Supporting lead Educators in providing high-quality care and education services to children;
2. Assisting with program planning, implementation, and evaluation;
3. Maintaining open communication channels with staff, parents, and external stakeholders; and
4. Fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, digital literacy ,and mutual respect within the organization.
