Airport Operations Manager Role
The Airport Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations at station level, ensuring efficient and effective management while adhering to safety and security standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing operational strategies at the station level, analyzing customer demands and operational constraints.
* Maintaining high standards to enhance the customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Evaluating and proposing cost-effective measures to reduce unit costs and enhance service delivery.
* Managing day-to-day operations of the station, acting as liaison between airport service providers, government agencies & authorities, and senior management.
* Responsible for the Station's Operations, Safety, and Security, Business and Contingency Plans, Emergency Response.
* Ensuring overall airport operations meet the organization's standard, policies, and procedures and conform to aviation regulatory requirements.
* Supports in the preparation of performance metrics (KPI and SPI) and readiness to audit requirements both internal and external.
* Supports new station start-up when required and conducts Technical assessment.
* Establishes the department or team's objectives and priorities to align with business objectives.
