This role requires you to deliver and maintain the training of employees to verify competency of work operations in a safe and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will ensure that all tasks associated with Academy training are performed with due regard for Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in Hospitality Management is highly regarded.
Training and coaching experience is also essential.
Sound computer skills are necessary.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Experience in workplace health and safety issues is preferred.
The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner is crucial.
A flexible approach and attitude is necessary.
Good communication skills are required.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent industry experience is highly regarded.
A First Aid Certificate is also necessary.
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.
Experience in a registered training organisation (RTO) is highly regarded.
Prior Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) training and/or accreditation is preferred.
