About us

We offer a unique dining experience with an open kitchen and bar. Our journey began in Canberra, where we fell in love with the flavors of Asia.

The Role

Our restaurant is seeking a confident and inspiring Restaurant Supervisor. You will be required to support all areas of the business. Previous bartending experience is desirable, but training is provided for the right candidate.

About You

To succeed in this role, you need:

* To be available to work weekends and evenings
* Full working rights
* A good understanding of RSA requirements in licensed venues
* A passion for the hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
* Exceptional service skills with a high level of detail towards a guest-focused approach
* To be adaptable and able to perform under pressure
* A proven ability to build a positive and effective working environment
* Organisational and time management skills

Job Types

This role is full-time, part-time, or casual.

Hours

25-40 hours per week
