Transforming Payroll Systems
* We are seeking experienced professionals to play a key role in the testing stream of large-scale HR and Payroll Transformation programs.
* This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex payroll system implementations, collaborating with leading vendors and stakeholders to deliver critical business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive end-to-end test plans for complex payroll implementations, ensuring full alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.
* Validate data accuracy, integrations, and payroll calculations across ADP and/or SAP Payroll platforms.
* Manage test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting across functional, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
* Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, test leads, and project managers to ensure seamless test coverage and timely milestone delivery.
* Identify and escalate test risks and issues to maintain quality and ensure successful program outcomes in a fast-paced transformation environment.
About You:
* You will bring 10-12+ years of testing experience, with a proven track record in HR and Payroll systems testing.
* Recent hands-on experience with ADP Payroll and/or SAP Payroll platforms in large-scale transformation projects.
* Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management within complex enterprise environments.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and vendors.
* Deep understanding of payroll compliance, data integrity, and complex payroll calculation scenarios.
* Experience in the airline or transportation sector is highly regarded.
