We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bilingual Account Manager to join our team. You will be the point of contact with our clients and provide value-added services to ensure our clients are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize your existing contacts to quickly drive revenue for ACY Securities through the promotion of our CFD product.
- Build, maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional education and customer service to both new and existing clients on our products and services.
- Proactively improve business through client referrals, networking, webinars, seminars, and industry contacts.
- Possess the capability to identify high-quality leads and potential partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience within the CFD/FX industry. Highly adept at selling and closing deals. A thorough understanding of our competitors
- Have a sound understanding of financial markets. Ideally established relationships and connections within the CFD sector.
- Strong ownership of your responsibilities. You are proactive in addressing challenges, displaying a problem-solving mindset.
