About the role
We are searching for a Qualified Landscape Construction/Landscape Gardener/Pool Plumber with landscaping construction experience or an experienced pool builder,
Skills set required for QUALIFIED staff:
* Must be fully Qualified or have a minimum experience of 3-5 years in the Building Industry
* Certificate III in Landscaping is required
* High skill set for Domestic work essential and Commercial Construction is an advantage
* Australian permanent residency is required
* Must have a strong attention to detail.
* Good communication skills
* Methodical and organized with company processes and OH&S requirements.
* Experience in either Plumbing, Paving, Construction or Concreting
* Proactive can do attitude
* Must have a current Drivers licence
* White card an advantage but not essential as it can be obtained
On Offer for qualified staff::
* Base salary $85k - $100k p/a + Super (Based on experience)
* Salary based on 40 hr week 7am-3pm
* All overtime beyond 40hr working week hourly rate - with all working hours electronically tracked.
* Company Vehicle and all tools supplied
* Overtime available; weekend overtime work optional

About the Role
You will be working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, 7am to 3pm. You get paid for 40 hours on site, which means you are paid for your lunch break.
All work hours tracked via electronic app with works hours beyond 40hrs onsite to be paid at overtime rate of time and a half
All tools, work uniform and safety equipment supplied.
You will be required to;
• Must have a Driver's license
• Work from 7am -3:00pm Base Hours with 1/2 hour paid lunch break
• Initiative and ability to be able to work by yourself or with the team
• Preferably live within the eastern suburbs of Melbourne as our work is based in this area
