Claims Service Consultant Lv 1 – 12-Month Contract - Customer and Operations – Multiple Locations

About the role

Act as the first point of contact for new Motor Fleet claims, managing inquiries and guiding customers through the claim lifecycle.

Managed a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with care, efficiency, and professionalism in a fast‑paced team environment.

Built and maintained strong, respectful relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive customer outcomes.

Delivered empathetic, solution‑focused customer service while fostering collaboration within the team.

Ensured compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining integrity and attentiveness in all customer interaction.


About you

Experienced in call‑centre environments with exposure to commercial and retail insurance, complaints, and motor fleet claims.

Strong communicator skilled in managing high call volumes and building effective relationships with brokers and customers using digital tools and systems.

Detail‑oriented and organized, able to interpret complex information, ensure accuracy across systems, and manage Product Disclosure Statements (PDS).

Adaptable and tech‑savvy, with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies and continuous professional development.
