**The Position**
After relocating to a brand new site, which tripled the consulting space, we are expanding our team and seeking to add a **Mental Health Accredited Social Worker** to our Child & Adolescent Team.
We are able to offer this role as Permanent Full-time, Permanent Part-Time or as an Independent Contractor - depending on your preference.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and or experience:
- The ability to plan, develop and implement outcome focussed individualised treatment plans using a best practice framework with a continuity of care and recovery oriented approach.
- The ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the multidisciplinary care team (i.e. Psychiatrist, General Practitioner, Paediatrician, etc).
- The ability to prepare professional and timely reports and maintain up to date clinical records in accordance with documentation standards in addition to maintaining current data requirements of the practice.
Note that this role requires current full Registration with AHPRA and eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.

**Your Remuneration Package**
If both you and us agree that you are a great fit for our team, then you will be made an offer based on your skills and years of relevant experience.
BASE Salary Rates (excluding Super, etc) for Employees range between $75,000 and $115,000 per annum, which is significant above award. If you choose to work as an Independent Contractor, then your earning potential will range from $120,000 to $140,000 plus per annum.
All Employees also receive:

- All other Leave Entitlements as per the relevant National Law
