Our office is located minutes away from the Kawana Shopping World and less than 600 meters from the beach Our modern practice has been equipped with the latest technology to maximise the standard of care and service we aim to provide to all of our patients. With a strong focus on comprehensive preventative care, the hygiene department is the backbone of our practice and patients are educated to value this treatment. You will work closely with our four dentists, two OHTs and hygienist in providing care for our patients.
You will have a dedicated dental nurse working within the hygiene/OHT department to ensure the highest standard of patient service and quality treatment is achieved at all times. Your working environment includes EMS master AirFlow units, digital x-rays, Praktika cloud based software, Zoom Whitening, Oral Chroma for halitosis screening, PrimeScan and 3D printing service on-site in our dedicated lab space and Sirona equipment throughout.
We are seeking to employ a bubbly, passionate, gentle oral health therapist or hygienist to join our vibrant team at one of the Sunshine Coast's most loved and respected dental practices - Avenue Dental Kawana. Applicants must possess a high level of clinical skills, including experience and confidence in working with children as well as treatment of severe periodontal disease, with a desire to learn and implement new skills on a continual basis to improve patient care and service. Our practice has a history of using world class management programs, and currently under the guidance of Jesse Green and the Savvy Dentist team to ensure we run a world class service for your patients. The candidate should show a keen desire to implement the high degree of communication skills and service points this program entails.
Rostered hours will be discussed with potential candidates. We can offer some flexibility for the right person. Would like to begin with Mondays and Thursdays early - mid January 2026.
Remuneration terms are negotiable based on the skill level and experience of the chosen candidate.
