ABOUT THE COMPANY: TwoScots are exclusively partnering with a small, family owned-and-operated property development business. They are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis - 4 days per week. This position will be responsible for managing revenue and expenses across a number of land subdivision sites, preparing cashflow budgets and forecasting, financial modelling, and managing the parent company's finances. The role offers hybrid working and an East Melbourne office location. The successful candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant, and have a strong financial control background with property/ civil construction industry experience.
