Job Description
Reporting to the CEO and in close collaboration with the Directors, the role will be a key member of the Platinum Aircraft Charter team, charged with leading and implementing the growth strategy via direct leadership of the team, key contact with clients and customers and commercial partners, building brand awareness, leading strategic sales and new business growth initiatives, marketing capability, brand awareness and operational effectiveness. The role has responsibility for the daily management and leadership of operations across the entire product/ services portfolio, with full P&L and operational responsibility for all Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operational activities. Specifically, your responsibilities will include;
* Relationship Management – Strengthening Existing Relationships
* Business Development – Build New Business, Increase Brand Awareness
* Accounts & Administration – Billing, Invoicing, General Accounts Support
* Operational Support – General Planning & Coordination
The Successful Candidate
With a recognised degree‑level qualification in Commerce, Finance or other relevant discipline, the successful candidate will have previous success in a similar Management, Sales/ Marketing/ Operations roles, gained within the Aviation or aligned services sector. They will have the personal attributes of respect, sense of urgency, a client‑focused mindset, adaptable and resilient, a collaborative, consultative and curious style, allowing them to act as the conduit between Directors and Management, while cultivating an accountable leadership culture that inspires confidence, increases team capability and organisational competency. Patience, resilience, humility and maturity, coupled with an open and an action‑orientated approach to managing multi‑tasks, ambiguity and competing agendas is essential. Combined with strong stakeholder management, we’re looking for a positive, resilient, and strategically focused professional, with a dynamic "can‑do" attitude for this career‑defining opportunity.
