Hays is working in an exclusive partnership with its client, a well renowned and world leading institution, to source for a new Change Manager to join their great team! The Change & Communication Division within the client is embarking on an exciting and high profile Digital Roadmap, and Change functionality is at the core of its urgent requirements.
**Your new role**
As Change Manager, you will work collaboratively with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders from across the Company. Your responsibilities will start with designing, implementing and maintaining a best practice Change Management and Communications strategy to support the successful delivery of change initiatives. Stakeholder engagement forms a critical part of this role, and your ability to understand and manage change impact will be highly important as a wide breadth of employees will be transitioning to new ways of working.
This company thrives off Continuous Improvement as they navigate an organizational-wide transition in to a more Agile way of working. It is expected that you will contribute to this Continuous Improvement mentality.
The ability and willingness to Lead Delivery of vendor training packages to suit the needs of intended audiences will also be high on the agenda in the initial term.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in Change Management
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, thing critically and exercise initiative to achieve organizational outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to exercise these with influence.
