Overview
Uber Advertising's vision is to provide the most marketplace-centric advertising, connecting Uber's platform users with advertisers across Mobility and Delivery channels in 32 markets. The role focuses on building and scaling the ANZ Advertising Sales business to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
* Build and develop a high-performing, diverse sales and account management organization responsible for delivering advertising revenue across Uber Ads surfaces.
* Act as spokesperson for Uber Advertising with PR and IR, or internally.
* Develop and execute Ads sales strategy that enables teams to exceed revenue targets.
* Partner with regional and local leadership to align on structure, revenue targets, and KPIs.
* Work with Global Partner Solutions and Regional Communications to develop scalable sales collateral, B2B events marketing, and a PR plan.
* Collaborate with Ads Platform, Product Engineering, and Product Operations to inform local market ads surfaces/inventory and pricing needed to enable advertisers to adopt audiences across awareness, trial, and conversion goals.
* Collaborate with functions and Uber lines of business to deliver on revenue targets and long-range plans.
What You'll Need
* 15+ years of advertising experience, preferably in an Ads platform within a marketplace business or mobile app.
* 10+ years of experience leading a sales team, preferably Digital Advertising Sales.
* A track record of working in complex organizations and/or fast-moving, smaller ventures.
* Proven ability to build and manage a multi-million dollar advertising business.
* Leadership and management experience that fosters high-performing teams and a collaborative culture.
