The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our Huntingwood Facility on night shift. Undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution, this is an exciting time to help own and shape our iconic legacy.
The Accountabilities:
* Ability to adjust line and equipment settings via touch screens as required and within specifications;
* Understand the importance of quality checks and carry these out as required;
* Monitor product standards, identify and elevate any issues;
* Exposure to product change over's and shut down procedures;
* Manual handling when required
The Ingredients for Success:
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills;
* Experience in a fast paced FMCG environment ideally within the food industry
* Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written;
* Thorough understanding of safety, health and environment as well as HACCP;
* Ability to understand and follow SOPs and adhere to written instructions;
* Experience working automated manufacturing lines;
* Ability to commit to afternoon shift 11pm - 7am Monday-Friday
