Lead Clinical Coordinator
This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity during a period of transformation in our medical practice. The role supports Healthcare Professionals in the provision of services within the treatment room, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the Practice Manager with key tasks.
About The Role
* Manage the delivery of clinical services including health assessments and immunisations, ensuring effective collaboration among healthcare professionals.
* Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and performance management, contributing to the smooth operation of the medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care through efficient provision of clinical services.
* Perform clinical duties such as pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, linen changes, and equipment sterilisation.
* Develop strong relationships with patients to ensure comfort prior to procedures.
* Support the Practice Manager with staff rostering, recruitment, and performance management.
* Liaise with staff to ensure SOPs are followed.
About You
* Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care; leadership experience is preferred but not essential.
* Passionate about healthcare and community wellbeing.
* Capable of working independently and making decisions.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients and team members.
Unrestricted Australian work rights and vaccination documentation are required.
