As a key player in the claims management process, you will be responsible for addressing building and contents claims from our headquarters. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining Youi's reputation and relationships by ensuring seamless service delivery to customers when they need us most.
About the Role
- Monday-Friday onsite working
- Portfolio management of claims
- End-to-end claim processing for customers
- Daily problem-solving to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and Youi
- Direct communication with customers, service providers, and assessors to facilitate smooth claim processing within your portfolio
About You
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present and articulate information effectively
- Experience in administration with high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management an asset
- Quick learner of computer systems
