We are looking for a dynamic and organized SeniorMarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between various internal departments, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and monitor ATL & BTL campaigns across multiple channels.
· Coordinate with internal teams, including design, PR, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure alignment on brand strategy.
· Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and engagement activities.
· Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar and campaign budgets.
· Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI and effectiveness.
· Support in-store marketing and promotional activities as required.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 5–12 years of experience in marketing and campaign management.
· Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing, digital platforms, and brand communications.
· Excellent coordination, communication, and planning skills.
