Remuneration Package: Up to $156,253.00. Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.
School Information: Mount Annan High School is a comprehensive co‐educational school with 880 students, including a support unit of seven classes and an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cohort of 7%. Student leadership is constantly supported through the Student Representative Council and our students have a very high positive profile in the community. Established in 2003, we are well supported in our community by parents and local organisations. Over 40% of our staff are new to the school in the past six years, including all of the Senior Executive and most of the Executive team. We constantly strive for excellence, test ourselves against annual school targets and communicate via evaluation and feedback with our community on a regular basis. Specific Selection Criteria
* Approval to teach Business Studies, Society and Culture, History (7‐10), and Geography (7‐10).
* Ability to design and deliver innovative and differentiated teaching and learning programs which engage students, as well as demonstrate capacity to work collaboratively as an effective member within the HSIE faculty and contribute to whole school programmes.
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated capacity to build and maintain learning partnerships with staff, students, parents and other members of the school community.

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
