Racine Bakery is a bustling little bakery that specialises in organic sourdough, high quality viennoiserie, pies, cakes & tarts. Situated in the thriving food region of Orange. We are small & family run, but busy & growing.

Skills and experience
What we would like you to bring to the role.
* 2+ years experience (out of apprenticeship) in baking (working on mixing, shaping & cooking).
* Must have Current Valid Australian working visa.
* Organisational skills & ability to manage their own workload
* A desire for perfection & consistency.
* A sound knowledge of the industry & upcoming trends.
* Creative & passion for artisan bread making
* This is a job for a creative and fastidious artisan baker who would like to be supported in a role that they could make their own.
