You'll support the Centre Director in maintaining high standards, fostering a positive team culture, and creating an engaging environment for children and families.Key Responsibilities IncludeAssisting the Centre Director in daily operations and complianceSupporting and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality practicesBuilding strong relationships with children, families, and the communityOverseeing and maintaining regulatory and safety standardsContributing to a fun, collaborative, and professional workplace cultureSkills & ExperienceWe're looking for someone who is supportive, organised, and proactive.
