QRIDA is seeking an individual with experience in providing the specific key roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master within the Agile software development methodology used for QRIDA's in-house-developed strategic software assets. Key Responsibilities And Duties Include
Determine, manage and review relevant business processes in consultation with the respective business owners, to ensure ongoing alignment with business drivers.
Work collaboratively with business analysts in the analysis of business requirements, including assessing technical risk.
Lead the development effort through standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and task administration.
Engage with the RAPID Product Sub-Committee to provide feedback regarding development performance, and offer advice and guidance on DevOps capabilities, limitations, and risks to ensure business alignment.

As a statutory body of the Queensland Government, we have been assisting primary producers and industries recover from natural disasters, improve sustainability and profitability, start new businesses, and overcome difficult conditions for over 30 years.
As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer programs such as the Farm Business Debt Mediation, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct the Rural Debt Survey, and provide research and advice to relevant ministers.
QRIDA is empowered under the Rural and Regional Adjustment Act 1994 to deliver additional programs across various sectors and to government bodies nationwide.
