Job Responsibilities:
* Lead educational programs and create a supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and activities
* Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff
Requirements:
* ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
* A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
* A current Police Check
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide

* A competitive hourly wage rate of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus superannuation
