About Make-A-Wish Australia:
Make-A-Wish is one of Australia's most trusted charities and part of the largest wish-granting organisations in the world. At Make-A-Wish, our mission is to grant the wish of every eligible child as we believe these wishes complement treatment, build resilience and bring hope to these children and their families when they need it most.
Make-A-Wish Australia can offer employees:
* the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of critically ill children in an internationally renowned charity organisation,
* a genuinely flexible and inclusive workplace, with excellent work-life balance,
* wellbeing support including an Employee Assistance Program,
* opportunities for career progression, and
* access to salary packaging arrangements.
About the Role:
The Digital Producer is responsible for turning strategies and plans into exceptional online experiences that inspire, engage and activate people to join our mission. This role ensures our digital platforms and supporter experiences are built properly, optimised for impact, and ready when we need them. By working ahead, reducing bottlenecks, and maximising the value of our existing tools (while preparing us for new ones), the Digital Producer helps us deliver more powerful, seamless supporter experiences.
The role requires good technical knowledge of digital and fundraising best practices, a strong attention to detail and an ability to work at pace, whilst maintaining our unwavering commitment to child safety. Working in collaboration with teams across Make-A-Wish, the Digital Producer plays a critical role in supporting the evolution of our digital marketing and fundraising program.
This role is initially offered as a 12 month maximum-term contract position.
About You:
You're purpose-driven, digitally savvy and passionate about creating seamless, engaging experiences for supporters. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative teams and love turning ideas into impactful online journeys.
You bring a warm, proactive attitude to your work and are confident navigating digital platforms, solving problems and juggling multiple tasks. You may have experience in digital marketing, campaign production or platform management — and you're ready to grow your skills in a meaningful role.
You're comfortable working across CMS, email platforms and CRMs (Salesforce is a bonus), and have a great eye for detail. You know when to take initiative and when to collaborate — always striving for the best supporter experience.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* a friendly, proactive communication style across teams and channels,
* experience in digital marketing, campaign production or platform management,
* strong organisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment,
* hands-on experience using CMS, email automation platforms and CRMs with a great understanding of best practice management,
* ability to prototype online experiences and confident making light technical enhancements (HTML/CSS/Liquid/webhooks), supported by AI;
* high attention to detail and a knack for solving problems creatively, and
* A team-first mindset and a passion for creating great supporter experiences
