About Role
They are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team. You will work closely with the Directors and senior staff to assist with the delivery of large-scale built‐form projects across a broad range of disciplines (Residential mixed‐use, Hotel, Student Accommodation, Commercial, Retail).
Qualifications
* You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a client‐side Project Management role.
* You will have the confidence and experience in communicating with and engaging consultants, suppliers, bankers, and investment partners.
* Comprehensive knowledge of current project management methodology, including the understanding of complex systems, compliance, legislation, and risk management.
* Exposure to complex construction projects from start to finish would be highly appealing.
* You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace.
* Able to deliver clear messages both verbally and written and prepare concise, professional, and accurate written reports.
