What You'll Be Doing
* Find the perfect match – support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
* Boost confidence – help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose.
* Shake things up – provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, making sure every participant has the tools and support for success.
* Advocating – act as an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
* Celebrate the moments that matter – each successful placement is a success, and we celebrate success big and small with our participants.
* Building lasting connections – form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine.

To be considered, you will have...
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willing to complete a National Police Check
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
