**About the role**:
As the Network Modelling Lead, you will provide technical expertise and partner with stakeholders across the organisation to lead the development and management of water and network modelling which aligns to Unitywater's Strategic Objectives for our region. You will be accountable for the development, implementation, and review of the Network Modelling strategic framework, related policies, and infrastructure projects. Additionally, leading a team of 6 highly technical professionals, you will manage the development and delivery of Board papers and required documentation to facilitate evidence based commercial, economic, and strategic advice.

- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar, with significant experience in water supply and sewerage network master planning.
- Strong report writing skills coupled with knowledge and experience to enable the delivery of well documented and consulted operational and technical policies and procedures.
- Understanding and experience with the environmental management and compliance requirements of a water and sewage service provider.
- Previous experience in effectively leading a technical team and identify improvements for optimisation of the team.
- Strong problem solving and option analysis skills.
