Dental Assistant Job Description
Our 5-chair practice is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional support to our dental team.
* Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
* Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
* Treatment coordination
You will be responsible for maintaining infection control standards and procedures, providing instrument sterilisation, handling payments, accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality and building rapport with patients in a cheerful manner.
About the Role:
1. This role requires you to work casually across Monday to Friday.
2. Ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience working in a similar role.
3. Able-bodied candidates are encouraged as they must have physical strength required for lifting equipment during emergency situations but generally helps ensure patient comfort by performing various tasks (such as ambulating patients or securing them onto an examination chair). Moreover it ensures smoothness of operations within hospital settings through proper cleaning disinfecting techniques making staff able physically do their duties effectively after surgeries!
