About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to support enterprise transformation initiatives for our client in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support successful implementation of D365 CE platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
* Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules including Customer Management, Case Management, Sales, Service, and Workflow processes
* Drive functional solution design aligned with business objectives and best practices
* Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and project managers during implementation
* Support UAT, training, change management, and deployment activities
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
* Prepare project documentation, process flows, and functional design documents
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
* Strong expertise in D365 CE configuration and functional solution design
* Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
* Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and business process mapping experience
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Ability to work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data verse
* Exposure to Construction, Property, or Real Estate industry projects
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications preferred
