About the Opportunity

Do you have demonstrated administration experience, preferably in the land use planning sector or a closely associated area, an excellent eye for details and proven written and verbal communication skills?

We are seeking someone who has good administration skills and who can support the Planning team in delivery of their projects, planning assessments and customer enquiry response.

Located in one of the finest regional areas of Victoria, Council is seeking an Administration Support Officer on a part time basis (24 hours per week) to assist the Planning Unit. This role is an essential part of the Planning Unit that supports the day to day administration within the unit.

In this key role you will be responsible for:

- Providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Planning Unit.
- Delivering the best available advice, assistance and service to internal and external customers which enhances a positive image for the department and Council.
