THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our Workplace Relations & Regulatory Response team. The position is fast paced and will support the Partner and Senior Associate within the team. You will be involved in all aspects of workplace relations law for our clients on matters including industrial relations, employment law, work health and safety, national heavy vehicle, human rights and equal opportunity, change management, and legal risk management.

This role will be based in our Barangaroo office.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will have:
* 3 to 5 years post admission experience in the Fair Work Commission, Australian Human Rights Commission, Federal and State Courts.
* exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* excellent advice writing skills and experience
* strong interpersonal and communication skills
* the ability to work well autonomously and under pressure
* client management skills and dedication to providing excellent service to our clients
