Job Title: Executive Director of Research and Quality

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks that drive meaningful outcomes.
* Oversee hospital training post-accreditation aligned with AMC standards, ensuring excellence in healthcare delivery.
* Guide research projects that advance surgical education and healthcare equity, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Disseminate research findings across academic and professional platforms, amplifying the impact of our work.
* Foster a high-performance team culture, promoting stakeholder collaboration and driving business growth.


Requirements:

* A PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in research, accompanied by extensive experience in healthcare or education research and evaluation.
* Proven leadership of complex research programs and teams, with a track record of delivering results.
* Strong experience in accreditation, quality assurance, and M&E frameworks, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* A proven ability to secure funding and collaborate with government and academic partners, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
* Experience in medical education or health membership organizations is highly regarded, with opportunities for professional development and networking.
