As a senior executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's global supply chain strategy to drive revenue growth and margin improvement. This pivotal role is based in Melbourne and requires you to have over 10 years of experience in global supply chain leadership, logistics, and 4PL environments.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Comprehensive knowledge of air and ocean operations, Purchase Order Management, Control Tower functions, and Buyer's Consolidation.
* Proven ability to engage at C-suite level, with strong solution-selling and contract-negotiation skills.
* Expertise in supply chain technology platforms (TMS, WMS, OMS, 4PL systems) and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute a global supply chain strategy to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion.
* Own and lead the global product roadmap for Order Management System (OMS), 4PL (Freight Management), and Buyer's Consolidation, delivering innovation, superior user experience, and measurable customer value.
* Drive commercial success by partnering with global sales teams to secure strategic wins and articulate the company's value proposition to senior stakeholders.
* Design and oversee transformative supply chain solutions, ensuring seamless global implementation and operational scalability.
* Build and scale a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability aligned with commercial growth.
