As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You will build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. Your passion for teaching will shine through as you mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high‐quality early learning programs, achieving outstanding outcomes for our children.
Responsibilities
You will mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review and implement high‐quality early learning programs, enhance curriculum, plan and deliver engaging learning experiences, support children's social and emotional development, maintain accurate child records, and actively participate in professional learning and community events.

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Active NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
* Experience as a teacher in a school or early learning setting is welcomed, but we also invite new graduates to apply
Location
Goodstart Tamworth – Brisbane Street, a 66‐place centre situated in a peaceful suburban location close to town. The centre features two 3‐5‐year‐old rooms with a daily capacity of up to 20 children and a purpose‐built outdoor area.
