Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service. Working throughout the store, Team Members perform a variety of tasks from stocking shelves, displaying fresh Fruit & Veg, to picking online orders and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave.
What You'll Do
- Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolies
- Follow policies and procedures to keep ourselves, each other and customers safe, including reporting hazards
- Help customers by answering questions or guiding them to products
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
- Shop for online customers and ensure they receive what they need
