Clinical Trial Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Trial Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in the coordination and execution of high-quality clinical trials.
About this Opportunity
The Australasian Kidney Trials Network (AKTN) is a collaborative research team focused on improving outcomes in kidney disease. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will assist in the daily operations of clinical studies by providing essential administrative and tracking support to ensure trial compliance and efficiency.
* Provide administrative and operational support for clinical trial activities, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and communication tracking.
* Maintain trial documentation and tracking systems, including the Trial Master File (TMF), essential documents, invoices, and study metrics.
* Support regulatory and ethical submissions by assisting Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with approvals, site monitoring preparation, and compliance checks.
* Coordinate logistics for trial materials and biological sample shipments, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely delivery across trial sites.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in business administration, science, health, or a related field.
* Working knowledge of clinical research principles, including GCP and ICH guidelines, and familiarity with clinical study processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders via phone, email, and in person.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines independently.
