About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in driving improvements with stakeholders and operational leaders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering strategically to drive business performance through considered HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and strategies.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Working with leadership teams to ensure strong HR leadership and advice that meets business objectives.
* Managing process improvement activities across allocated sites to ensure achievement of KPIs and SLA standards.
* Ensuring comprehensive understanding and compliance of industrial instruments and relevant industry landscape.
* Conducting workplace investigations and managing grievances.
* Supporting talent and performance management processes.
* Championing consistent application of all HR policies and procedures.
* Providing support, coaching, and guidance to management teams on disciplinary activity.
* Project managing people activities related to mobilizations and demobilizations.
* Driving employee engagement and devising local engagement improvement activities.
* Supporting development of wider business goals by leveraging diversity and inclusion pillars.
* Supporting change management programs and influencing key stakeholders.
To be successful, you will need:
* Relevant HR tertiary qualifications and technical skills in various HR disciplines.
* In-depth understanding of employee engagement drivers and improvement methodologies.
* Experience in conducting workplace investigations.
* A considered approach to change management and solution-oriented mindset.
