We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high presentation standards
Ensure legislation compliance
Knowledge of bar operations and systems
Proactive social media and marketing relations
Manage bookings, seating, and service flow efficiently
Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance support
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
Working roster that will include weekend and night closing
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role (hospitality or restaurant environment preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
RSA certification
