About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to drive the development and implementation of strategic projects enhancing financial sustainability across the health system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of complex strategic projects to enhance financial sustainability.
* Ensure effective strategic planning, delivery, and management of risks and dependencies.
* Foster seamless communication and coordination across multiple project work streams.
* Support the Assistant Director General Finance and Business in developing financial improvement strategies.
* Oversight governance and accountability frameworks, coordinate reform delivery, and contribute to performance monitoring and reporting.
Requirements:
* Strong financial acumen and experience in financial leadership.
* Proven track record in driving change and implementing reforms.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to facilitate collaboration and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
