About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Park Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our park, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences through timely and efficient delivery of services
* Manage front office administration, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments
* Perform maintenance tasks, including upkeep of grounds and gardens, and repairs to park assets and facilities
* Ensure compliance with all safety and brand standards
* Participate in daily park operational tasks, including weekends, public holidays, evenings, and after-hours call outs
Requirements:
* Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance
* Sound computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale systems
* Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and machinery
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
