**Job Description:** We are seeking a professional and customer-focused guest service agent to join our front office team. As a guest service agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Assist guests with smooth communication and support
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests with efficiency and care
- Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and maintain front office procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest expectations
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
