ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re on the lookout for a graphic designer who’s passionate about their craft with an interest in social media content creation. You’ll work alongside our Creative Director across a mix of client projects, from creating social content and marketing material to rolling out full brand identities. Based on the Sunshine Coast, some days you'll be at our relaxed Mooloolaba office, while others will provide the flexibility to work from home.
This is a great fit for a designer who’s proactive, collaborative and happy chatting with clients or printers. If you’re keen on part-time work but still want to be hands-on, committed and proud of what you deliver, this could be your next role. You don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room, just confident in what you do and keen to learn and grow. RESPONSIBILITIESDesigning across brand, digital and printCreating a variety of social media content, including reelsBringing brand and design concepts to life from brief Working closely with the Creative Director on creative concepts and campaignsCommunicating with clients or suppliers in a friendly, professional way
WHAT YOU’LL BRING2+ years experience in graphic design or a similar roleConfident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and CanvaA natural attention to detail and care for your craftGood time management and the ability to stick to deadlinesComfortable with client communication (via email, phone or in person)An understanding of content creation for socials or digital marketing (bonus!)A friendly, curious mindset and willingness to learn
