Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a small team of cleaners
* Perform cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas
* Conduct quality checks and ensure high cleanliness standards
* Create and maintain cleaning schedules
* Train new staff on processes and standards
* Monitor and order cleaning supplies
* Report maintenance issues to management
* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene procedures
About You
* Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience preferred)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work both independently and with a team
* Reliable, punctual, and motivated
* Able to work a flexible roster (including weekends when required)
