1) Job Responsibilities
* Fully responsible for the sales strategy planning and execution in the Australian market, formulate and implement annual sales targets and market expansion plans;
* Overall manage the Australian regional sales team, drive the achievement of team goals, and improve overall sales performance and customer satisfaction;
* Establish and maintain key customer relationships in Australia, promote strategic cooperation with major customers, and enhance customer stickiness and repurchase rate;
* Conduct in-depth analysis of Australian market dynamics, industry trends and competitive landscape, and regularly submit market insight reports and strategic recommendations;
* Coordinate company resources (marketing, products, supply chain, etc.) to provide customers with customized solutions and achieve business growth;
2) Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, management or related fields; candidates with an MBA background are preferred;
* Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language for business communication, and have good cross-cultural communication skills; for foreign candidates, proficiency in Chinese communication can be considered a plus;
* At least 8 years of sales-related work experience, including at least 3 years of team management experience; those with successful operation experience in the Australian market are preferred;
* Familiar with the operation mechanism of the Australian market, and understand local laws and regulations, business culture and customer needs;
