You'll support the Store Leader while playing a hands on role in driving sales, operations, and developing a small casual team.You'll bring a strong customer service foundation, seamlessly prioritising customer needs while owning operations duties with confidence.Success in this role comes from reliability across key trading hours, the ability to uplift and coach casual team members, and a genuine commitment to creating a positive, high performing store environment.
